A quick reminder about the Adult Fitness Classes on a Monday night (6.30-7.30) in the school assembly hall. These are run by MR Sports coaches. MR Sports has just won a prestigious award as Northern Irelands Best Sports Coaching Company, so you know you are getting coached by top coaches and getting a 1st class service!
The cost is now £14 for the next 7 weeks, thats £2 per week! Less than a cup of coffee!
There are still places left and you can book via the MR Sports website. Come along and bring a friend for some craic and get that little bit fitter at the same time
