Fashion show

Dear Parent/Carers,

The PTC are running a fashion show and we need lots of models. Dunnes have kindly offered to provide the clothes and there will be Eco Fashion made by some of the pupils.  The date is 26th March at 6.30pm.  We will be choosing a boy and girl from each class.  If your child would like to take part please then fill in the form on the link below and their name will be put into the draw for their class.

We would ask what size your child would wear so we can ensure the right fit if they are chosen.

The money raised is to help provide extra novels, factual and storybooks for your child’s class.

Parent Audit

Dear Parent/Carers,

Each year I ask all parents and carers to complete an audit on a range of questions relating to you and your child's experience of Hazelwood.

Understanding your thoughts and views of the school is so important to our school improvement strategy.

I have always believed that this is your school and being part of it means letting me know your thoughts on it.

The audit will take approx 10 minutes to complete, most of the questions are simply agree/disagree responses.

Can I encourage you to take the 10 minutes to complete it. I will keep the audit open until 7th March.

You can add your name to the end of the questions, otherwise it will be anonymous.
