Meet the Bears

The bears go home with a child each weekend.  On Monday the child then tells the class about their adventures with the bear.  This gives the child a great sense of responsibility looking after the bear. Also they sequence the events of their weekend and it helps their self esteem to stand up in front of their peers with the bear.  Hopefully we will be allowed to send the bears home again soon.  They would definitely like an outing.

The bears all went to Tobermory for their holidays with Mrs Douglas.  She met Miss Hooley at the bookshop.  The Bears went to the harbour, a waterfall and they even visited a castle.
